NBC not working

It says this channel is temporarily unavailable.  This has happened for two nights in a row.  All other channels are working… internet is working too

The odd thing is that I can watch recorded NBC shows even though I cannot access NBC

Hello @user_dd5184, have your NBC network concerns been resolved or do you still need assistance in troubleshooting?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I am having the same problem. All channels work except nbc. It starts then re-trys then fails

I too cannot access NBC live on my firestick.  I can access the channel on all other devices - ie. computer.  I can watch recorded shows but nothing live.  What is going on.  All other channels work.

I am constantly having to unplug my box and restart to get NBC to work. I already restarted it once this morning and now NBC’s not again.

You've come to the right place for help! Can you confirm for us, if you're accessing the NBC channel, or perhaps attempting to watch it via any form of Application on your Xfinity box?

Or perhaps, receiving any particular error code that you are seeing when this occurs?
