NBC Live Sports Sound Cutting Out.
Is anyone else experiencing the sound dropping out constantly on NBC when it’s broadcasting live sports? It’s driving me mental. Doesn’t happen at all when there’s commercials on but happens every 2 minutes when live sports comes on again. I’ve tried everything, rebooting, checking cables, system refresh etc and nothing fixes it.

I have the same issue. There are frequent skips in the audio. It’s brief but noticeable.

Been a problem for me on and off for months. Tonight on Sunday Night Football I can hear the public address announcer and the fans but Chris and Mike are barely audible. It is clearly an NBC created problem as the commercials are fine; otherwise I would say it was a NBC/Comcast interface problem.
Oh well, feels like I am sitting in the stands.
FS1 surround sound is perfect for the Mariners at Toronto.

During the Sunday night San Francisco game, our broadcast (X1 TV box) kept freezing both during the live broadcast as well as the recording. When viewing the recording, and trying to fast forward through commercials, it would often go back to the beginning of the recording. Tried rebooting the box but no improvement.

Audio issues occur using cable box and streaming, and when listening to audio through TV speakers or sound bar/receiver. Instead of all the pleasant replies and denials, Xfinity shouldinvestigate and fix the problem.
