We would be more than happy to assist troubleshooting the Xfinity Video picture quality issues you are experiencing. With picture quality issues, the usual culprit is inside wiring. Have you had a chance to check the coax connections to ensure they are tight and secured? Is the coax cable also in good condition such as no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts that could interfere with the signal reaching the set-top box?
