NBC Channel 188 Sound Drops Out On DVR
NBC channel 188 is the only channel that the sound drops out when watching recordings. This has been happening for the past 6 - 7 months. I've seen plenty of other subscribers posting sound issues with NBC - what's the fix for this??

Good morning @bcbs, and thanks for joining us on the community forums, I hope you are having a good week so far. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the audio on the recordings for that channel. When you have audio issues on a recording, is there no audio at all throughout the recording, or does it cut in and out?
