My cable card stopped working overnight for subscription channels

Hello, I have been using a legacy cable card successfully in my Tivo Bolt, and it still seems to work fine for channels that are not premium/subscription. I just finished watching a recording on it from yesterday on the Golf Channel, but now it tells me that I am not authorized to watch the golf channel. I had no activity on the account in the last few weeks at least, so this must be a glitch or some sort of automatic process that removed the credentials from this card. If I provide the details, can you re-authorize this card back to the channels I am supposed to be getting? Thank you!
