Xfinity came out on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently there is an issue between their "box" which is on the other side of the street and our house. They have had all the utility lines marked and will install a new line, going under our street, in the next few days.

We have had this issue for almost one year. We were reluctant to allow Xfinity into our home, but we relented and allowed someone in. He did modify the cabling setup from 1994 in our basement. However, every contact throughout the house was right and secure. So, it turns out that the issue we have been experiencing for over a year was Xfinity's problem, not ours. We feel we have been paying for services we have not received for a very long time. Our bills have steadily increased as the service has never, ever been acceptable. We really feel that a adequate credit to our account should be offered. We have suffered through freezing, pixelating and down services. They have made my wife lose story lines on her shows and not even be allowed to have music playing as she did things in our home. It has been beyond unacceptable and it was never our problem, it was yours

The two classical music channels, Master and Light which are 849 and 850 for me, have suddenly switched to Christmas seasonal holiday music—in August. This is obviously an error and needs to be switched back to classical music.
@user_926d4f, Music Choice does sometimes do Christmas in Summer special content. Are you still seeing this?
