Have there been any troubleshooting steps you've tried on your own like unplugging the Xfinity cable box power cord from the back of the box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in? Or if you're streaming your cable services, have you tried doing a hard reboot on your modem by unplugging the power cable from the back of the modem and plugging it back in?

Same. I can't get MSNBC on my DVR or www.xfinity.com/stream/, but I can watch it live on my phone via the xfinity stream app.
