MSNBC and CNBC problems

Here in Chicago CNBC and MSNBC not loading . The title bar shows the program but just  3 rotating dots show.

These channels went out sometime after 3am, as they were working then.

I am getting TVAPP-00281 on two separate Samsung TVs when I try to watch CNBC or MSNBC on XFINITY Stream. I am able to watch ESPN, CNN, Fox and other channels. I rebooted modem, cleared data and cache, reinstalled XFinity app. Nothing is working. Very frustrating how buggy the app has been.
