MS NOW

I am unable to watch MS Now since MSNBC has switched over. I get a message that it’s not included is not included in my current service - it is.

If you are accessing using the Xfinity Stream App (I have a Fire TV), try logging out of the app and then log back in. MS Now was available for me after logging back in.

I have to log in repeatedly and when it finally opens, the streaming is not working.

I have just turned it on and it states that I have to get a subscription to watch the channel. I am just going to cancel it all. I should not have to pay extra to watch the news.

@XfinityJohnG​ You wrote that you can assist with any issue, so please assist with restoring MSNOW.  It is part of my channel lineup but its stations (60 / 760) are not broadcasting.  Like others the message says a subscription is needed ... but it's part of my channel lineup.  So please assist with fixing this problem.

FWIW I just checked and found my Cable TV box turned to MS Now (HD) with no problem.

I seldom watch that, CNN or Fox News because they usually don't have "news" but rather endless "analysis".

I was a regular viewer of MSNOW, that was stopped, and now get a bill with a rate increase, but I receive less.  We're getting ripped in every area.  This has to stop!
