Movies Anywhere

I redeemed a digital activation code for the movie Alien UPC 024543627678 4k Ultra HD Bluray on Movies Anywhere and it appears on all my connected services including Apple iTunes, Vudu, Amazon and Google but not on Comcast Xfinity and its been about an hour now.  I have disconnected and reconnected my Comcast account to my MoviesAnywhere account.  I have never had this problem before.  Movies appear within seconds.

The resolution to this issue was contacting MoviesAnywhere support and they "refreshed" my account and within seconds the movie appeared in my Comcast Purchases list.

@ventruejusticar Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity Forum team. Are you able to see other purchases when you reconnect your Xfinity account to Movies Anywhere?

Yes, everything else is normal.  All others are present as they have been.  The only problem is the one mentioned.

@ventruejusticar I appreciate you verifying that. Any purchased movies will be added to your Xfinity account in the Saved → My Purchases area and you’ll be able to watch all the action unfold! Please note that Movies Anywhere movies should show up within about a minute after syncing to Movies Anywhere, but some titles may take up to 24 hours to appear on your Xfinity account. For more information please visit: https://www.xfinity.com/hub/tv-video/movies-anywhere-comes-to-xfinity.

Additionally, we recommend verifying that your Xfinity account is connected to your Movies Anywhere profile. To do so, go to the Manage Retailer page on the Movies Anywhere site or go to Profile > Manage Digital Retailers to verify that your retailer accounts are connected to the Movies Anywhere service.

Please let us know if you connected your Xfinity account are still not seeing this purchase after 24 hours.

Well, my Movies Anywhere account is indeed connected to my Comcast Xfinity account as previously detailed, I troubleshooted the problem by disconnecting and reconnecting the two.

I will wait 24 hours.

Unsurprisingly, there's still no Alien movie showing on my Comcast account.  Do you have the ability to access my account and see what I see under Purchases?

@ventruejusticar I will need to take a closer look at your account and the Xfinity ID you are signing in with. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
