Most channels < 724 freezing both cable & streaming in Oakland, CA
Strangely, most channels above 724 working on both cable & streaming (didn't check them all). <724 (down to 702) won't come in. 30 minutes ago the outage map ceased being available.

PS: I was watching CBS 705. It's been coming in for a few seconds on cable, then cutting out for a few minutes. On and (mostly) off, continually. This doesn't happen streaming - won't come in at all.

I was having the same problem but it seems to be fixed at the moment. The SD channels were okay for me.
