More expenses to the customer

I’m already spending over $400 a month with Xfinity and now I’m losing my favorite sport and told all you have to do is give us more money.  Unbelievable.  So greedy are the corporations.  I will be leaving too after being a customer with Comcast and Xfinity for over 10 years.

Hi @user_carbonctek53, what sport are you referring to? My assumption would be baseball as there are some pretty big changes happening in a few areas. That league has been through quite an interesting past few years. We'd love to help you work through channel package options. You may have some wiggle room with your TV package now that may allow you to scoop up a subscription to MLB with reasonable savings. A decade is quite a long time, and keeping things as familiar as possible for you would be an honor. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.
