MLB favorite

I mistakenly added some MLB channels to my Favorites, and want to remove them. It's simple enough to "Remove Favorite" for other channels, but the MLB Channels don't offer that capability.

How can I remove them from my Favorites Guide?

Hi there, @user_bq01zn! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the community forum! I would recommend resetting the power for the box and then attempting to see if you're able to remove the favorited items. Let us know the result. Thanks!

@XfinityFrank Tried that, to no avail.
To be clear, for every other favorite channel, there is the option to Remove Favorite.

That option DOES NOT appear for the MLB channels.

I would be pleased to attach photos of the appropriate images from my television, but it seems that option is an Invalid request here.

Are the channels we're referring to a part of MLB Extra Innings by chance(channel blocks 3001-3030)?

YES!

I apologize if that was not clear in my initial post. I had thought that "some MLB channels" would have been sufficient to refer to the channels that I couldn't remove from my Favorites. Considering that MLB channels are all quite similar, I presumed that the problem I'm having is a systemic omission in the Favorites feature, and that the individual channels involved in my situation was inconsequential.

Specifically, the channels that I added to my Favorites, and would like to remove from my Favorites, are:

3003 BALEX
3018 NYMEX
3019 NYYEX
3030 WSHEX

BTW, I didn't receive a notification that you had replied to my response, so I didn't know to check here.

Thanks for sending over the channels you are having issues with. Are you trying to remove these channels through the guide or from your Favorites list?

From the guide, just like I would do with any other Favorite.

BTW, I just tried, and the Favorites list doesn't offer the option to remove an MLB channel either.

You could simply try it yourself and see that, once an MLB channel is a Favorite, there's no way to remove it from Favorites.

@user_bq01zn Thank you for confirming that information. Can you confirm if you are using a cable box or the Xfinity Stream app at this time? I want to make sure that we're providing the correct troubleshooting steps.

Somebody at Comcast just updated the menu, and the "Remove favorite" option is now available for the MLB channels.

I'm confident that one of you, despite your multiple attempts to blame this on me and my inexperience, somehow got in touch with someone who could actually correct the problem, and that person went ahead and fixed it.
