Misspelled words

Misspelled words on Channel 117  Miami/Ft Lauderdale....WE network....been that way for months and months and months

We are hearing impaired......can hardly read the words at all...

How does this get fixed??????????????

Rebooting boxes many times.

This problem is on all three boxes.

Where do we go from here????

Hi, . We understand your frustration! Is this happening on one particular show on WE TV? I would like to duplicate the issue on my end so we can use it as an example.

@slmoretto Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience and would love to investigate this for you! Closed Captioning is a text transcript of the audio portion of a program as it occurs (either verbatim or in edited form). To get started, may I please have your first and last name, the name of the primary account holder (if different), and the complete address?

It is a problem for many stations.   It's the person used for each program that is typing bad.

I do not think Comcast can do much about that.

Maybe you should check with the owners of the local channel?
