Missing Channels

Since start of day yesterday (10/03) 2 channels are not working and error message XRE-03062 is presented. I have tried every troubleshoot option multiple times and nothing has resolved the issue. The two missing channels are Tennis Channel (786) AND MSNBC (787).

ALTHOUGH A "DIAMOND" customer I can find no way to actually talk to a human from this website. One would think that paying over $300 per month would provide a clean customer service experience with resolution to obvious technical issues from Xfinity, but I guess one would be wrong..

@RP15 It is never a fun experience when you want to sit down and enjoy a program only to bump into a roadblock of some sort. What is the error message or code you're seeing on the Tennis Channel?
