Logging into fox sports

I am trying to log in to the fox sports app and on 3 different devices it tells me Fox Sports isn't included in my Xfinity package before I've even been able to log in

Hi there @user_lu3b9m Are you still experiencing issues loggin into the FOX Sports app?

To access the app, you’ll need:

A supported streaming TV Box with Xfinity Flex service.
- Xi5 streaming TV Boxes are not supported.

If you are using the app itself on a different device, you will need to make sure you sign in online first. You can visit their pafe at FOXsports.com and then you can complete the activation and then complete the sign in on the app.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or run into any issues.

Hey @user_0u2bg4, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We do have limited support with third-party applications, but we can assist to ensure you are using the proper sign in. With the Fox Sports app, you would have access to the channels that are included within your Xfinity Video subscription. If you do not subscribe to the channels, you would be unable to access the streams.

When opening the application, are you signing in with a TV provider and selecting Xfinity and signing in with your Xfinity ID?
