Local channels

What happened to the local bctv channels 1078 and 1079 you can't get them without a subscription now they're local

Hey there, @user_shy4mo! I am sorry to hear about the experience with the channels. Can you attempt channels 1075 and 1085 for BCTV?

Didn't work. Channels were 1078, & 1079. Now need subscription. Course can't get a person to find out whats different. Not everyone is computer savvy.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it

No I still can't get local stations for brattleboro VT BCTV.  says you need subscription now to watch??? Really it's the local selectboard , other meetings.
