local access channels not available more than TWELVE (12) WEEKS

My condo community cable tv contract includes two local access channels. There are more than 8500 condos in this community. Approximately 100 or more cannot access the two local access channels 98 and 99 This problem first noted around APRIL 15, 2020 and reported on many occasions since that date, but the problem remains unresolved.

Have you checked with the local stations to see if there are any negotiations going on to allow Comcast to continue carrying them?

Whoever your local contact there is would be the one to help you. Since it’s a 100 or so that can’t access it, it’s probably a rate code issue or signal. But it needs to be checked locally

Would like to clarify that the problem channels are internal channels providing content available only to residents of my condominium community. The chanells are number 98 and 99

 

On channel 98 there is a commercial displayed for an HBO   program about a nigerian comedian!!!

Something like YU-GI-OH!

 

On channel 99 there is a commercial for Monday night wrestling on channel 420  USAHD

 

Surely someone at COMCAST can identify where these commercials originate and find out why they are interfering with programming on the internal channels of a bulk contract client?

Approx. 200 condo owners in a condominium community of 8508 condo units are not able to access two local access channels that are included i a community wide comcast cable tv  contract .

This problem has existed since March 15th, 2020

I have checked with every entity in this large condo community who has any connection whatever to providing cable tv service. The answer  I get is that COMAST CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM.  Because of COVID 19 I am unable to canvas my neighbors, many of whom are not in residence during the summer months. Some residents are able to access the local programming on the channels iin question.
