Live NBA games pixelated
My live NBA games are pixelated randomly. I’ve tightened connections switched my with a new one, which helped for a couple of weeks and then started again. Went through all the tightening steps no help. Why does this only happen on live sports? And what is the solution?

Hey @JC_sme,
We would be more than happy to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. Have you tested other things such as bypassing/removing any unneeded cable splitters as well as check the quality of the cable line ensuring there are no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts?
