Last Channel Feature on X1 box

Today I setup the last channel button on my X1 remote for the channels I wanted to watch college football with the different games on different channels. It was setup just the way I wanted it and what happens. Comcast totally [Edited: "Language"] it up with the screen to tell me that college football is on but by Comcast doing this it totally messed up the way I had it setup and taking away two of channels I had setup.

Why does Comcast do this not only today but also in the past for other sports programming. 

Does Comcast think that their customers are dumb and need reminders of sports programming. Your customers are not dumb and we know what programs are on and we don't need these reminders and in the course of doing so totally [Edited: "Language"] up the way your customers have setup the last channel feature the way they want.
