I find it more than just a little starnge that every other channel on comcast works just fine except MSNBC and CNBC . Have tried all of the suggested solutions offerred . Makes one wonder , doesn't it ??? RBE

Thanks for reaching out to us, do apologize for any inconvenience you have been having watching MSNBC. Are you still having issues with that Channel? Have there been any troubleshooting steps you've tried on your own like unplugging the Xfinity cable box power cord from the back of the box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in? Or if you're streaming your cable services, have you tried doing a hard reboot on your modem by unplugging the power cable from the back of the modem and plugging it back in?
