INSP went off air around 9 or 10 PM EST. What happened?

Comcast added it to a Pay Sports and Entertainment package for $9.95 a month! And from what I hear Comcast doesn't even pay to have INSP on their lineup so it costs them nothing but they are going to charge us for it!
I don't understand why! Comcast digging their own grave with their pricing
