INSP another casualty [Edited]

So my first comment was deleted. I’m thinking Xfinity needs to rethink their removal of INSP. from our basic pkg. we agreed to pay your super high charges with that channel on there! You have broken your contract with us. I hope your $10 bucks a month is worth all the long time loyal customers you will lose [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Hello @user_f44584, thank you for reaching out to char eyour feedback reguarding INSP.

We regularly review our channel lineups and sometimes make changes to ensure we're offering a wide variety of content at the best value. As part of those regular reviews, we made the decision to move INSP to the More Sports & Entertainment Package. Every month, Comcast pays programmers like networks, local TV station owners and others for the ability to bring their programming to you. The cost of programming generally continues to rise — in fact, our programming costs have more than doubled since 2006 — which can affect your bill.

We absorb a large portion of these cost increases and are doing our best to manage them while still giving you the best value we can. While this change won’t cause the prices to go down on existing packages, it will help limit future increases in your bill.

We will also miss INSP and are disappointed that it was moved.
