Impossible to Subscribe to New Orleans Pelicans: NBA League Pass Channel (3052)

I have been going in circles between the TV telling me to go to this website to the website telling me to subscribe through the TV Voice commands. On neither the TV Search, the actual Channel, or anywhere online is there a Subscribe or Purchase button/option. I spoke to a customer service rep who insisted I could simply press a team logo and subscribe to the channel.

1) All 29 other team logos are available but the Pelicans one is missing

2) Even if I go to another team's logo there is still no Subscribe or Purchase button.

Someone from Xfinity please help!

Do you live in Louisiana? I doubt that you would be allowed to subscribe to NBA League Pass for a team whose games would be blacked out where you live. The NBA, like MLB and NHL, expects everybody to watch local games on their regional sports network, even if you have a cable service that won't carry that channel.

@ThatDonGuy No, we live in the Bay Area (go Warriors!). The Pelicans have some of our old favorite players, and we want to watch them this year. So no, it's not a blackout issue. Any other ideas? It's strange: we can't even buy the NBA League Pass, when we go there on the TV there is no Subscribe or Purchase button.
