I still can't find a comparison of the different channel tiers

I don't know why this is so hard.  Every time I get to the channel list after I sign in, it just shows every channel, not the ones by tier. I have the Ultimate package now because I used to need Root Sports but now that is gone, I may be able to get by with the Plus package.  Can someone show me a comparison?

Hello @D-man I understand why this could be frustrating. Here is a website that does compare TV packages https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup. I hope this is helpful

That is one of the sites I have been trying that does not work. It always times out and says page not available or to delete my cookies.  Deleting cookies does not work, as this page still does not load.

@D-man I just tried that same link my colleague shared on my computer and it worked for me. Do you by any chance have another device you can use to try and access that website? Have you tried using a different web browser?
