I need to tell Comcast Fox News doesn't work and we watch it daily...and we are upset. Each morning we put in Fox News between 7 and 9 a.m.

Lately Fox News does not work--either does not work at all or works one minute of every five. Then either the sound goes and the screen is a mess of colors but no clear picture or it works for several seconds, then the screen goes black and the sound stops. This has been going for several days. It is the only news we trust. It needs to be fixed and I think are due a credit for not getting what we are paying for.  Please fix it. It happens on all the TVs in the house. We noticed it on the bathroom TV because that is where we are first thing in the morning. We then verified the problem was on our other TVs which are Smart TVs.

Restart all of the TV boxes. If that doesn't help, refresh all of the TV boxes (there's a difference between restart and refresh). If that doesn't help, we've been having similar issues, intermittently, with various channels about once per month. For us, since December, it has always happened on a Friday afternoon about once per month, and continues for a few days. And we'll have horrible pixelation and other issues (like error code XRE-03059). Nothing shows up for outages, there are no "known issues", etc. Then, oddly enough, a few days after I start streaming from our Roku using the Xfinity app instead of the TV box (which is more cumbersome with limited features), we see "planned maintenance" or an "outage" shows up about a mile away that, somehow, isn't related to our issue. Even though the coincidence after 4 months in a row seems highly unlikely it's not affecting us. In 10+ years of being with Xfinity, we've had super reliable service. Until this December. It's been awful since then. And nobody can really tell us why. 

So, give the restarts and refreshes a try. If those don't work, I feel for you. It's a 1st world problem, but it's annoying when you're paying so much.

Mine is not working either. I’ve restarted everything, even my internet. It’s only Fox. I too like it for the weather, and also, I’m in Illinois.

I just don’t plugged the Wi-Fi box or the router unplugged it back and see if it comes up. I’ll let you know
