i need to schedule an appointment

Mark Thompson came on wednesday to solve the issue that we have with the tv's trying to connect.  It takes forever. When the tv is turn on it takes 4 minutes to connect.  the screen keeps in the greeting mode for 4 minutes at least.  When changing the channels it takes a while to get to the new channel.  He told me that if the problem wasnt resolve to call and he would have to come back.  I am trying to call and AI can't help me.

Please I need this appointment.
