I am trying to activate paramount+. It appears that Xfinity no longer provides phone support.

I am trying to activate paramount+ ... no luck. It appears that Xfinity/Comcast no longer provides phone support. So how can I get this done?

Scanning the QR code provides nothing. Going to paramountplus.com/provider ( or paramountplus.com/xfinity)  will not accept the activation code provided..

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_55cb5c! At this time, a subscription that included access to the Paramount + Showtime live channels is separate from the Paramount+ App. Access to Paramount+ and Paramount+ content available through On demand is billed separately.
