How to get the Reelz Network

I get cable service through my condo association and I have 2 digital adapters (set top boxes) that I don't pay for. I was told by an Xfinity representative that the Reelz Network is included in the Preferred Channel package for $17.95. The big screen television is a Smart TV and the other one is not. I have 2 questions, would I need to get the Non DVR cable box? And will I receive the basic channels also?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
