Hockey
I am watching hockey on TNT, A STATION I PAY FOR.
The screen just went black.
I already can’t watch no longer watch my LOCAL hockey team because you removed the station from my package and are forcing people to pay for a more expensive package but was still watching games on other stations that are part of the package I pay for.

It sounds like one of the teams in the game on TNT also has its game on some regional sports network that the NHL considers to be one that you can get. Unfortunately, this means TNT cannot air the game where you live. The same would apply if the game was on ESPN. Don't blame Xfinity; this is out of its control. If you had any other cable service, or DirecTV, the same thing would have happened. Nothing new about this; I remember back in the 1980s when TBS could not air Braves-Giants games being played in San Francisco as the Giants owners at the time refused to allow anybody to broadcast home games in northern California.
It also does not matter if the channel is available at all - if the NHL thinks that there is any way that you can get it, even by switching to a different service, then the game has to be blacked out. For the most part, the NBA and MLB work the same way.
