Hey there, @user_152cb0! Thanks for bringing your channel concerns to the community for assistance. We want to make sure that you maintain access to all channels included in your line-up, and I'm happy to help however I can! Before we take this away from our public platform to address your specific account, may I ask if you've tried all channel numbers this station has on your line-up?

I'm having the same issue. This channel is basically the only reason I still have cable. What is the result here?

That is odd even the lowest tier package should carry most over the air channels as long as your local sub channel is still an affiliate of H&I. I know affiliates change from time to time and Comcast will broadcast whatever is associated with that channel. The only answer I would have is Weigel asked for more money for Comcast to broadcast this channel and Comcast is forcing subscribers in your area to pay extra for an over the air channels.
According to my research
Heroes & Icons (H&I) is an American digital broadcast television network owned by Weigel Broadcasting.Usually carried on the digital subchannels of its affiliated television station in most markets.
hopefully one of the moderators contacted you privately with an explanation.

Why cant these Comcast “experts” ever comeback and explain the corrections they made to the issues presented? Why No followup?
