HD channels

Our HD worked Wednesday, not yesterday or today. Bill is paid, reset the box a few times, cables seem tight. Why is this happening?

Are you currently using our Xfinity X1 Video set-top box equipment? If so, could you please attempt to go through the steps provided on our 'X1 System Refresh feature overview' support page to send some signals to the equipment to see if that help restore access to the HD channels that may be within your subscription? Please let us know if these steps work at your next available convenience. Hope to hear from you soon.

No, currently using the XR 2. It worked fine prior to this though.
