H& I replaced by Cozi

Do you plan to put my favorite channel H and I back into your line up and if so, what channel will it be? H & I was on 383 and now it's gone. I need to know so I can spend money for an antenna and cancel my xfinity service.

Where do you live (i.e. what's your ZIP code)? The most likely reason for this is, the station that had H&I as one of its subchannels switched it to Cozi for some reason, in which case, you may not live close enough to any channel broadcasting H&I for an antenna to pick it up.

Hey @user_d99446! Thanks for reaching out. We don't have any new info on the Heroes and Icons Network. As far as I can tell H&I has just moved frequencies (Channel Numbers) so a quick skim through your guide should find it. They posted on their website why they made the change in some areas which you can view here https://www.handitv.com/looking-for-handi/

 

I'd also be happy to check your channel line up for you to see where it's moved to. In most cases Cozi took H&I's old frequency, but H&I is still available just elsewhere.

@XfinityAntoine​ I live in zip code 34748 and H and I just went off my TV - I contacted Xfinity chat and they said they were going to reset or refresh my streamed channels and then I was told that I would have to buy it as a premium channel?  H and I has completely disappeared from my channel lineup and I checked all channels for Xfinity and it is not on there - the station is broadcast in the Orlando area and I know I could pick it up with an antenna but I hate to do that.  If I get the antenna then I would probably drop my service with Xfinity.

Same thing happened to me - the channel is now missing from Xfinity.  Does anyone know why it is missing?

@user_c609ef​ As noted in other replies. H&I and Cozi are broadcast networks carried by a local TV station. If that station changes affiliations, there is nothing Comcast can do. Comcast just passes on what is aired by that station.
