Getting incoming phone numbers on tv

Samsung tv... always had tv showing incoming phone calls.  Had small change in my triple play service.  Did this stop this feature.

Check your bill or package to see if you still have caller ID after the change. It is possible.

Hi, gerald_lefere. Thank you for posting here in the community. Great question! It sounds like the Caller ID to TV feature may have accidentally been overlooked when the minor package change you mentioned was completed. In some cases and depending on the type of change made, this code sometimes needs to be added manually in order to carry over. Please verify that your cable equipment still has this notification enabled. For Legacy equipment: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/settings-for-the-universal-caller-id-to-tv-app. For X1 equipment under Xfinity Voice, it should say 'on': https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-text-messaging-notifications. Very sorry for the inconvenience, please don't hesitate to let me know if you'd like my support with getting it added back.

I switched from the triple play package 3 months ago and since then I have been trying to get the caller ID display restored to my TV screen.  All Comcast tech support offers when I call (nine times so far) is 'it looks like the switch is on, there's nothing we can do'.  I am so frustrated I'm ready to switch carriers.

Hello, @almamelvin8341; I'm sorry to hear about this feature not being active on your account as you need it to be! I can absolutely look into this for you and help restore your faith in us. Please send me a Message with the full name of the Account Owner and yourself, if different, as well as the full address on file. Thank you!
