Good afternoon @user_tgxidg, and thank you for taking the time to reach out on our Community Forums with your channel concerns. We appreciate you being a loyal XFINITY customer for over 30-years! On March 31, 2026, Comcast’s agreement with E. W. Scripps to carry its programming expired. As a result, E. W. Scripps’s programming can no longer be carried by Xfinity or Comcast Business, including any related programming on Xfinity Stream and On Demand. Comcast pays programmers to bring customers the entertainment, information, and sports they want. Comcast works to negotiate fair terms in order to ensure the greatest value for customers, given all the ways content can be accessed today. A number of reasonable offers have been made that E. W. Scripps hasn’t accepted. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing and terms for our customers. For more information, I have included the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/ew-scripps-agreement-expired. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with.

We have been customers for almost 50 and you only care about your billions and over charging. Taking away channels , especially ABC.

We are looking elsewhere for TV service.

Hello @lzmom, and thank you for posting on our Xfinity Forum community. We appreciate your almost 50 years with us! Please know we pay programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made, and they haven’t been accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges

Same story from other customer reps.

I was talked into lowering our bill on a chat...I said I wanted to keep the same channels..I had about 4 months left for my last price change.

He assured me they would be there.

Several are not and the loyalty benefits are no longer there.

We live in an area where we had to get cable...well now that there are streaming services at much lower pricing, we will give it a go.

Taking ABC was just the icing on the cake.

Xfinity should absorb the cost if they care about customers.

Every few months my bill goes up. I am now at $350. I have no channels that I pay extra for. I have LOTS of channels that [Edited: All Caps]. I have DVR service, & 4 special adapters. [Edited: All Caps] 30+ years and what have I gotten but bigger bills. I have gone to the Comcast office & negotiated lowering the bill.  They lowered it for usually one year. After that time passed, my bill increased usually 50%.  I am angry. I pay for DVR service for 2 TV's. I record 12 programs that are aired on ABC & I can't record them. [Edited - All Caps]. My March & April bills were the usual amount - $350. Outrageous. I'm not about to pay for an alternate way to watch those 12 programs when I've already paid YOU for that opportunity.  I, like many, plan on moving on from Comcast.  You have been playing with us for long enough. Besides looking for a streaming service, I must choose my internet choice. You say you are concerned about your customers if you have to raise costs due to ABC...[ Edited:  All Caps]. I feel that I already pay TWO arms & a leg for [Edited: "Language"] customer service. There is no reward for loyalty. [Edited: "Language"] your current rewards program. It offers nothing of interest to most of us. Offer seniors a discount. Offer loyalty discounts.  I can't wait to end this Comcast nightmare.
