GAC Family Network

I have the latest network box, internet box, a smart TV, and the highest number of channels package yet I cannot access GAC family Network even if I ask the remote to locate it. I've seen in previous post we're supposed to have access and others seem to be having the same problem. When will our area be able to access this network.

Looking over our channel lineups, unfortunately, it looks like GAC is not currently a part of our cable plans currently. To review the channel lineups available, check out https://comca.st/3ulfWTd. @XfinityMary Your information is not accurate. You show GAC Family as a current channel but it is not assigned a channel. Please clean up the mess you have.

@user_eeb013. Some channels will list if carry them, in general. GAC is only available in our west division excluding

California Region: Fort Bragg, San Andreas, Ukiah and Willits
Mountain West Region: Battlement Mesa, Deming, Gallup, Kremmling, Las Vegas, Portales, Raton, Taos and Trinidad

Locally (South-Central PA) GAC Family is listed on https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup-bundles, and https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup gives the channel number as 1620. Availability likely varies by location.
