FX Programming Commercials

Xfinity is inserting extra commercials into some of the programming; such as Live PD. This is a live show, as the name implies, and it is apparent when there are commercials inserted during the live broadcast. I have already alerted the FX Network. I tried to speak to someone at Xfinity and ended up talking to someone in the Philippines. I'm not sure she understood what I was trying to tell her. She could not repeat it back to me in a coherent sentence.

I wonder if there is some type of revenue agreement being broken.
