Fox News channel always out

This has already happened several times to us in the past… the only channel we suddenly cannot get is Fox News (841)… very suspicious of you ask me.

Not really a suspicious situation. If there is an issue with your connection to Xfinity the current active will not work properly until the Cable box or DVR is restarted. I have seen the same issue when we are on a local channel, Fox News, CNN or almost any channel.

We consistently have the same problem with Fox channels only, on comcast. Screen says we cannot connect. Why only that channel? We are talking 20 to 25 times in the past 45 days. You can’t fix it , why? I’m tired of getting up to reset or going on chat. Ridicules! I’ve spoken to techs, chatted with ai and techs replaced my cable box and cords and had a tech out. Very very close to finding a new provider. Why only Fox???

I constantly have this issue too. Suspicious that all the other “news” channels are available just not Fox News. Time to find a new provider!!
