Finally We Get the Detroit Sports Network Announced as being on XFinity Channel 1253

This article came out 30 minutes ago listing all the various provider channels for DSN and XFinity is listed as being on CH 1253 when they activate it as it is still blank at this moment Tigers reporter Daniella Bruce also just posted these channels on her X Account https://www.tv20detroit.com/sports/detroit-sportsnet-gets-some-distribution-agreements-before-tigers-opener-heres-how-to-watch

Still waiting to hear what subscription package is required. That would be a nice detail to communicate to their customers. What I fear is it will be available to everyone today, and in a few days/weeks, they'll restrict to the most expensive package or make you add-on MLB Extra Innings.

Hello @TWhite99, this is playing on channel 1253, If you go to that channel and it tells you that you need a supbscription then we may need to change your TV package for you to gain access. Have you been able to watch the channel at all yet?

I called Xfinity and I would have to upgrade to a different package to get DSN. I'm not paying $40 extra to get it.

If you were able to watch them on Fanduel, you should just be able to go to channel 1253. I don't know what people are trying to subscribe to. I'm watching it right now.
