@XfinityNicolas Hi, I’m trying to watch Game 1 and have repeatedly received a “User not authenticated” error code when I attempt. In a much older thread, another commenter mentioned logging entirely out of Xfinity and then logging back in and re-authenticating to make it work. However, when I go to my Account, I just get stuck on a page that says “Thanks for the patience while the app is loading” and nothing else happens. So unfortunately I can’t even try what the past commenter suggested either. Any suggestions?
