ESPN and Golf Channel Pixelated

Everything with my xfinity TV service works great except for ESPN and the Golf Channel.  I'm seeing a pixelated picture like what you'd see if there were a satellite issue.  I'm also seeing the same issue when I use the ESPN app on Apple TV which doesn't use the set top box.  Anyone seeing these issues and have any idea what to do about it?

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/38Jmq5V 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
