Please know we pay programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made, and they haven’t been accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

@user_zta2on A number of reasonable offers have been made that E. W. Scripps, the owner of these local broadcast stations, has not accepted. We are continuing to negotiate with them in the hopes of retaining their content. If a new agreement is not reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated for any credits or cost savings. We will provide more information when it becomes available.

Thanks for reaching out about the loss of channels owned by E. W. Scripps. This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. GET NBC back! You can't be a cable company without a national network like NBC. Direct TV offers so much more for half the cost. KSBY news, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, The Voice, Kelly Clarkson and sports channels.  ALL my favorites GONE! YOU need to pay up and get NBC back.

On May 5, 2026, Comcast renewed its agreement with Scripps to carry its programming, restoring all related content, including Xfinity Stream and On Demand. Please see ‎E. W. Scripps (Scripps) Programming Agreement Renewed | Xfinity Community Forum The previous agreement expired on March 31, 2026, and customers were notified via email and on-screen messages. Scripps operates 40 broadcast stations, including 19 Big Four and 21 non-Big Four stations. Customers who lost access to Scripps stations and paid a Broadcast TV fee received credits on their bills
