For my area, Disney Channel is included in all television packages currently being offered. However, Disney XD and Disney Junior are only included in the Ultimate TV Package
Once you determine what television package Disney Channel is included in for your area you can either check your Xfinity My Account page to verify that you currently subscribe to one of the included packages or make modifications to your television package here, https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/gbboffers.
If you have Xfinity Flex and would like Disney Channel you will need our Choice TV Select package and the Kids and Family Genre Pack. You can learn more about how to upgrade directly from your Xfinity Flex device here, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/flex-upgrade.
After you verify you have the correct package that includes the Disney Channel or upgrade to a package that includes it, you can simply say "Disney Channel" into your Xfinity Voice Remote to tune into the channel directly.
