I have been searching for an actual listing of the channels I have with my plan for a couple of years now.  The last two times I did an upgrade I was told I would have more channels.  So far, that has not been true.  I still have what I had before the upgrades.  So, what were the new channels that were supposed to have been added?  Digital Preferred and Extra????  All I keep being told is a listing of All Channels available for my area.  That is useless.  I need to know what channels I am paying for.  Thanks.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own post for help as it creates a ticket to get help, and sometimes posting on an old thread can delay getting help. We definitely want to make sure the correct steps are taken to get you service and our Twitter team has all the tools to do that(same as us) and I am confident they can make sure the work gets done as fast as possible.
