Diamond tier Peacock activated but not working
When I go to the Xfinity.com/activate-peacock it says I’m already activated but when I login I’m still on free limited account
how do I get peacock working?

Hey @user_d5ktg9, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. When you sign in, is it actually saying Limited Account or Peacock Premium for free? I'm not showing a limited tier for it is why I ask. There is Peacock Plus that comes ad fee but is not included with the Peacock promotion.
