Diamond member can't activate Peacock Premium
Hi, I’m a Diamond member in the new Xfinity Membership program. I received the email stating that I’m eligible for the free Peacock Premium benefit, but when I click the activation link it says I’m not eligible. Other Diamond members are reporting the same issue, and it appears to be caused by an entitlement mismatch on the backend. I started a chat and they opened support ticket. ECM0019292781a couple of days ago. Today I get a text saying the ticket is closed but it contains no information or explanation and the situation is not resolved. When I go onto my membership benefits page it shows that the "get Peacock Premium" benefit has been claimed. When I click on that claim it pops open a window with a link to activate the Peacock premium but when I click on that link it takes me to a page that says I am not eligible. Can you help me get the Peacock premium.
