Denver area, where is the BTN channel?

I live in the Denver area. Where is the Big Ten Network channel? when I try to add it, it says we're sorry.

What do you mean by "try to add it"? Since there are no Big 10 schools in Colorado, I think it's part of the Sports & Entertainment Package there.

Hello user_814ea2, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern. I am a BIG sports fan myself so I have to keep up with all my favorite teams. The information that (ThatDonGuy) shared is correct. The Big Ten Network is part of the "Sports and Entertainment" package and can be found on channels 410 and 693. You can add the sports package directly from your remote, online, or I'd be happy to get this added for you here if you're not already a subscriber.

Thanks for reaching back out user_814ea2, I'd be happy to get this added for you. To get started could you please send me a private message with your full name and street address?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

@XfinityAmir that is what doesn't make sense. I am already signed up for that package but I still can't get the channels.
