Constant audio and video issues with NBCHD programing.

I'm experiencing audio and video issues with NBCHD such as frozen screens, loss of audio, and black screen delays.  We can't watch live programming without these problems.

Hey thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums @user_mf02hb!

It can be frustrating when a particular channel has issues like delays and loss of audio or frozen images.  

Is this happening on all of your TV boxes or just one particular box?   Also, is it just that channel? 

If it's just one box, try power cycling the box. Unplug it from power for 30 seconds.  Plug it back in and let it cycle up completely and then check the channel. 

If that doesn't help, try refreshing your equipment using the Xfinity App.  Open the App, select the TV equipment, then run the troubleshooting or signal refresh option.
