Channels freezing and audio loss

Hello for almost 4 weeks now my local channels ABC NBC and CBS have been freezing and have audio dropouts.  It’s the Xfinity system that’s doing this because I can go OTA and the channels are perfect and the audio is flawless.

everyone I talk to in the neighborhood and my neighbor is a Comcast employee knows that this has been going on for weeks yet. Comcast refuses to fix the problem. They just drive around the neighborhood in new trucks.

I’m planning to switch to Hunter fiber, sick of Comcast’s lousy customer support.
