Channels dropped without consent

Since 01/26/24 when I talked to an agent about why my bill went from $305.00 to $321.00 everything has gone to hell - somehow I was manipulated into some new package and as a result they dropped a lot of my channels I was able to call again to get some of them restored but I still don’t have TCM-789, insp-223, and the red zone- 785 I’ve been a customer since I arrived in Sacramento by being assigned here in the military when I retired in 1989 I continued to subscribe to Xfinity, consequently I believe I I deserve some consideration- I live in senior facility and you can bet I’m the only one paying $321.00 a month and most concerning are the channels I had before that were dropped.  I would appreciate any assistance you can provide - ref:  [Edited: Personal Information]

We would be more than happy to assist reviewing the account. From the missing channels you mentioned, sounds like you need to add on our More Sports or Sports and Entertainment Pack. With the NFL now in the off season, The NFL Red Zone channel should be off-air until the next season starts.

Channel dropped from xfinity. The 365 channel was on the line up and the channel is a free local channel.  Called xfinity and they quote not in the line up. Really. You dropped the channel and don't know anything about it. Xfinity customer service and xfinity has gone to garbage
